Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with an independent and leading fostering agency, with the appointment of a Deputy Placements Team Manager. Their offices are minutes from Bristol Temple Meads.
The company are seeking passionate and resilient individuals to join their growing team. You will be managing the Central Placements team reporting into the Placements Team Manager to ensure the daily operations runs smoothly and all processes are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the Placements Officers and Administrators.
- Ensuring performance standards and processes are adhered to.
- Acting as the senior point of contact and offering continued support to the team.
- Coaching and developing team members.
- Managing referrals and overseeing the matching process.
- Liaising and building relationships with Local Authorities regularly.
- Overseeing documentation and GDPR requirements.
- Communicating with newly approved Foster Carers, ensuring they have a carer mentor for additional support.
- Making recommendations for business growth and supporting with development strategies.
About You:
- You must have placement service experience in foster care, adoption agencies or Local Authorities.
- An understanding of Safeguarding is highly desirable.
