New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer / Dundalk / Up to €50,000
Do you have experience in managing the process of bringing new products from the initial RFQ (Request for Quotation) stage through to full production? Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in NPI or a similar role within the Medical Device or Aerospace industry.
- Strong knowledge of precision machining processes and components.
- Proficiency in Epicor ERP software.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to Medical Devices and Aerospace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
- Experience with CAD software and engineering design tools.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.
