Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring top-tier service.
  • Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products, identifying client needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms for clients.
  • Handle renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments with precision and efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations, maintaining full FCA compliance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Insurance Broker, ideally in commercial lines.
  • Strong background in managing insurance portfolios across various sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients and insurers.
  • Cert CII (or working towards) is highly desirable.
