Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring top-tier service.
- Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products, identifying client needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms for clients.
- Handle renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments with precision and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations, maintaining full FCA compliance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Insurance Broker, ideally in commercial lines.
- Strong background in managing insurance portfolios across various sectors.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients and insurers.
- Cert CII (or working towards) is highly desirable.
