Senior/Lead Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, partner player acquisition, and revenue growth;
  • Identifying new market opportunities and creating targeted campaigns to expand our reach and influence;
  • Planning, implementing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid search campaigns (PPC), display advertising, and affiliate marketing to maximize visibility and conversion rates;
  • Monitoring campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results;
  • Working closely with the Affiliate Partnerships Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners;
  • Supporting the creation of joint marketing initiatives and promotions with affiliates to drive mutual growth;
  • Using analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management;
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify trends;
  • Developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the gambling or affiliate marketing industry;
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns;
  • Strong understanding of performance-based digital marketing including PPC, SEM, and social media marketing;
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and responsible gambling practices.
