Digital Marketing Executive

I am looking for a Digital Media Executive to join one of the most rapidly expanding companies in the industry which specialises in a niche product used within Construction. This role is crucial for developing the ecommerce site, creating compelling content for blogs, news page, and social media, as well as supporting and implementing SEO strategies to enhance our ecommerce store's visibility and reach. This an exciting opportunity within a friendly team an opportunity for progression as the company grows. This position is onsite in Strood.

Day to day of the role:

  • Assist the Head of Digital in creating brand awareness and promoting products using all available digital channels.
  • Participate in the planning and preparation of engaging content that aligns with the digital media strategy.
  • Manage advertising projects from inception to completion.
  • Gather and analyse digital media analytics to measure effectiveness against the strategy.
  • Write high-quality, original, SEO-friendly content for category & product pages, social media, and the news page, ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to create informative and engaging content.
  • Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to grammar and style guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within content writing, ecommerce, design agency, PR & Communications, or SEO.
  • Ability to create impactful campaign and digital marketing messages.
  • Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and provide timely updates.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce highly accurate work, including proofreading and editing copy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, delivering a professional service in every interaction.
