Description

THIS JOB IS DUE TO START IN MID AUGUST ON A 6 MONTH TEMPORARY BASIS.

  • Target customer program of works creation supporting graduation
  • Explicit program manager responsibility for creation, tracking and ownership of the Graduation Acceleration program of works
  • Reporting to the Graduations Operations Director for identification of key workstreams, program design and execution
  • Manage Required Phases of Graduations for identified Products
  • Identify and document key workstreams of the ELFS Graduation Program
  • Identify and document key workstreams of the Graduation Acceleration Program
  • Collaborate on recommendations for graduate products to be transitioned to optimize categories
  • Support sales and account management teams with account plan options including compelling graduations utilising efficient work packages that support increased time to ARR activation and customer TTV.
  • Reporting
  • Responsible for regular metric reporting focused on graduations including opportunities, projects in flight, and progress tracking/reporting into CSO Leadership.
  • Support production and presentation of quarterly business reviews
  • Manage MI/data lead to deliver accurate and impactful regular reporting including progress and monthly key metrics
  • People Management
  • Provide leadership to departments under control and coach, mentor and develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions
  • Set departmental objectives aligning to graduate and business wide strategies and monitor ongoing progress and performance of the team using Performance & Talent
  • Responsible for developing the appropriate ongoing organisational structure, resource plans and culture to support the business objectives and customer deliverables

Profile

A successful Programme Manager should have:

  • An educational background in a relevant field such as Business or Technology
  • Proven work experience in project management, preferably with financial systems
  • Strong knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Outstanding leadership, organisational, and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
