£45,000 - £53,000 per annum + bens
Hybrid split: 3 days in office | 2 days from home
Location: City of London - Moorgate
Working hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm
An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Development Advisor to join our client, an established and highly reputable international law firm based in the City of London. This is a perm role starting as soon as possible!
Working as part of a dynamic and successful team within the HR and L&D function, you will be responsible for the management of all matters concerning the employment and development of people.
Responsibilities will include and not limited to:
- Future talent recruitment and development
- Resourcing, talent and career management
- Supporting on the recruitment of all graduate and school leaver future talent opportunities
- Delivering sessions for open days, insight sessions
- Leading on our media and communications
- Working with diversity partner organisations to attract and support diverse talent
- Co-ordinating international training contract recruitment
- Onboarding for future talent including co-ordination of financial assistance
- Managing new joiner processes
- Providing generalist HR support managing the employee lifecycle of the future talent
Attributes/Skills Required
- Legal /Law firm and knowledge of the SQE
- Relevant experience in future talent
- Flexible approach and proactive manner to all work and tasks
