Vacancy: Warehouse Shift Manager
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Salary: £45,000 per annum
JHP Recruitment are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Shift Manager to join our Witney-based transport and distribution client on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing teams of up to 20 warehouse operatives, forklift drivers, and HGV drivers.
Main Accountabilities:
- Leadership of 20+ team members
- Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement
- Work to achieve warehouse and transport KPIs
- Keep WMS up to date at all times
- Work alongside the transport team to ensure smooth deliveries
- Recruitment and training of warehouse staff
Working hours:
- 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary:
- £45,000 per annum
