Tenancy Management and Resettlement Officer

We are seeking a Tenancy Management and Resettlement Officer for an immediate start in a local authority based in modern offices in Catford, SE London. This ongoing temporary position offers a hybrid working model with 2 days working from home. The role involves a range of housing management tasks, property inspections, and handling various enquiries and complaints.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct occupancy and property inspections to ensure compliance and address any issues.
- Manage and respond to emails promptly.
- Undertake phone duties, providing clear and helpful responses to queries.
- Complete a variety of housing management tasks efficiently.
- Discharge housing duties and handle Notice to Quit (NTQ) processes.
- Respond to enquiries and complaints, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Engagement with local MPs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in tenancy management and housing duties.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in handling complaints and enquiries effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of housing regulations and legal requirements.
