Your new role
We're seeking a dynamic professional to lead our building related projects from inception to completion.
You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing our building projects. From budget development to resource allocation, your expertise will drive optimal execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Create detailed schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets.
Health and Safety: Ensure our subcontractors and engineers work in a safe environment.
Management: Managing other Small Works Managers.

What you'll need to succeed
CDM knowledgeClean driving licence
3-Year UK work history
Engineering/Construction/Project Management qualifications
