About the Role:

As a Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years PQE, you'll be at the forefront of our conveyancing team, managing a wide variety of residential property transactions. Your expertise will help our clients navigate their property journeys with confidence and ease. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to post-completion.
  • Delivering clear, practical, and high-quality legal advice to clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Drafting and reviewing critical legal documents related to residential conveyancing.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and ensuring compliance with the latest legal standards.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions and support.

Person Specification:

My client are seeking a standout candidate who possesses:

  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
  • Qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive or completion of a CILEx course would also be considered for this role.
  • A proven track record of managing a diverse range of conveyancing cases.
  • A strong commitment to working full-time in their Wendover office.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
