About the Role:
As a Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years PQE, you'll be at the forefront of our conveyancing team, managing a wide variety of residential property transactions. Your expertise will help our clients navigate their property journeys with confidence and ease. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to post-completion.
- Delivering clear, practical, and high-quality legal advice to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Drafting and reviewing critical legal documents related to residential conveyancing.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and ensuring compliance with the latest legal standards.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions and support.
Person Specification:
My client are seeking a standout candidate who possesses:
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
- Qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive or completion of a CILEx course would also be considered for this role.
- A proven track record of managing a diverse range of conveyancing cases.
- A strong commitment to working full-time in their Wendover office.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- A meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
