Procurement Department Secretary

£15.00 per hour PAYE
12 Month Contract - Hybrid
ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Department Secretary to join our global Technological and Engineering client.
The Role:
- Liaise with departments regarding travel and accommodation needs
- Assisting with settling-in arrangements for new staff
- Coordination of timesheet authorisations on a weekly basis
- Assistance with maintenance of the Document Management System
- Updating reports and the in-house bidding system
Requirements:
- Assist various departments within the organisation
- Must be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio.
- Strong communication skills
- Organisational ability and able to prioritise workload
- Must have experience working similar role within an engineering company
