Hays are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Primary School Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Warwick/Stratford area. This is a fantastic job opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their educational journey. The pay for this job is from £85-£100 per day, based on your level of experience. The hours are flexible, meaning you can work as little or as much as you like!
Your new role
Your new role as a teaching assistant will be assisting the class teacher with delivering engaging and effective lessons. You will be expected to support individual students or small groups to enhance their learning experience, and help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You may be asked to assist with classroom management and organisation, and provide support during school activities and outings.
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 40 days of referencable work with children in the last 3 years.
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.
- No formal qualifications required, but a passion for working with children is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.
