A client based in Tolworth is recuriting for a part-time Property Manager.
This client is open to part-time hours ie - 3 full days or hours over 3 - 5 days - 20 - 25 hours per week
Must have previous experience
The ideal candidate will have a small property portfolio of their own (60- 80 properties to start off with)
Duties will include:
Carrying out property inspections
Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants as well as updating systems accurately
Co-ordinating the administration of building repair and maintenance work
Assisting Property Managers with admin and telephone duties.
Booking appointments for contractors
Processing invoices
Email CVs for immediate interviews
