We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of buying and selling residential properties, ensuring smooth transactions and providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire conveyancing process for residential property transactions from initiation to completion.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the transaction process and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Draft, review and prepare all necessary legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds and mortgage documents.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other parties involved in the transaction to facilitate a seamless process.
- Conduct property searches and inquiries with local authorities, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Ensure all transactions comply with current laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing practices and legislation.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the conveyancing process, such as title discrepancies or contract disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with relevant qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing, with a proven track record of managing property transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
