Our fantastic family run business based in Gloucester are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their expanding business on a permanent part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidate with previous accounts experience looking to join a reputable business.
Responsibilities/Duties;
- Both sales and purchase ledger functions
- Processing purchase Invoices mostly using order nos. and liaising with colleagues to resolve queries
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Making bank payments
- Processing customer payments and creating sales certificates/invoices
- Answering the telephone and re-directing to relevant co-worker
- Occasional ad hoc administrative tasks
Candidate Attributes;
- Previous accounts experience is essential
- Good knowledge of Microsoft excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
Hours- 22 hours per week, flexible on days and hours
Salary- £14.50 per hour
