Part Time Finance Administrator

Our fantastic family run business based in Gloucester are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their expanding business on a permanent part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidate with previous accounts experience looking to join a reputable business.

Responsibilities/Duties;

  • Both sales and purchase ledger functions
  • Processing purchase Invoices mostly using order nos. and liaising with colleagues to resolve queries
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Making bank payments
  • Processing customer payments and creating sales certificates/invoices
  • Answering the telephone and re-directing to relevant co-worker
  • Occasional ad hoc administrative tasks

Candidate Attributes;

  • Previous accounts experience is essential
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

Hours- 22 hours per week, flexible on days and hours

Salary- £14.50 per hour
