Full time and office based - Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.15

Salary: £24k

Your Role Will Include:

Recruitment:

  • Screening CVs and arranging interviews
  • Posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms
  • Vetting candidates and issuing employment contracts
  • Drafting new starter paperwork and coordinating follow-ups
  • Completing references and background checks
  • Managing logistics for new starters

Payroll:

  • Distributing pension information to new starters
  • Collating payroll information and assisting with compensation and benefits documentation

General Duties:

  • Maintaining and updating accurate employee records
  • Managing records of holidays, sickness, and leavers
  • Supporting internal and external HR-related inquiries
