Key Responsibilities of a Clinical lead:
- To manage a team of Carers and Nurses and work closely with the Manager
- Proven experience in assisting in managing nursing needs
- Experience in supporting staff teams
- Relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Deciding and initiating action
Clinical Lead Requirements:
- Active PIN would be essential
- Ensuring quality of care for clients
- Previous track record working within nursing roles
- Good communication
