This company, founded in 1848, are leading property consultants for the whole of the South-West and have been continually growing, taking on the best new talent and training them to be highly skilled and well-rounded property consultants.
In this exciting role, you will be given full on the job training, working closely with senior members of the team to hone your skills and work towards your RICS qualification. You will be split between the Plymouth office and regular site visits on a weekly basis, conducting site surveys and inspections, meeting with clients and building a portfolio of properties under your control.
This dynamic and varied role would suit a Building Surveying Graduate who wants to join a long-standing and trusted company that offer full on the job training and grant you your RICS qualification within 2 and a half years.
The Role:
- Based in the Plymouth office with regular site visits to conduct site inspections and surveys
- Full on the job training from senior members and training officers
- Regular client liaison
- Guaranteed pay increase annually for years 1-3
- 9 - 5:30 Monday to Friday
The Person:
- Recent Building Surveying Graduate
- Wants to become RICS qualified within 2 and a half years
- Commutable to Plymouth
