As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to support sales and enhance brand visibility. You collaborate closely with the sales department, and manage a diverse range of marketing activities, from digital campaigns to traditional advertising. Your expertise will be key in driving growth and improving customer engagement. Lead generation is key in this role and being able to really back your decisions based off analytics. Oversee all marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, print advertising, and events/ site launches. Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI. Lead the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including website updates, brochures, press releases, and newsletters. Track and report on marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness. Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and support lead generation efforts. What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a similar role within the property or real estate sector.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for developing engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- A proactive, results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience managing budgets and optimising marketing spend.
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
