Quality Assurance & Internal Compliance Manager

We are looking for a proactive Quality Assurance & Internal Compliance Manager to enhance efficiency across our company. This pivotal role involves ensuring our processes not only meet the highest quality standards and customer requirements but also contribute to the overall efficiency of the organisation, particularly in areas such as sales, software development, product support, internal training, and project delivery.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Lead the management of all Quality Assurance and internal audit activities to streamline business operations.
  • Continuously review and refine SDLC QA management processes to boost efficiency.
  • Regularly monitor, analyse, and report on Quality Assurance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for process optimisation.
  • Proactively detect and swiftly address inefficiencies in processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to Quality Assurance processes and standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports related to Quality Assurance processes and procedures.
  • Oversee the organisation's risk management, governance, and internal control processes, ensuring they contribute to operational efficiency.
  • Establish and manage quality management reporting, KPIs, and metrics dashboard MI to track efficiency gains.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance process by identifying and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates to management on the status of Quality Assurance testing and efficiency initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A strong background in IT management, Quality Assurance, internal audit, project management, and risk management, with a focus on efficiency.
  • At least 10 years' experience in IT software delivery using industry-recognised methodologies and processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of internal audit requirements, quality standards, and best practices, with an emphasis on efficiency.
  • Proven track record of working with teams across multiple locations to improve efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards such as ISO, CMMI, and ITIL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on enhancing efficiency.
  • Outstanding management skills, with a hands-on approach to driving efficiency.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Commitment to producing accurate and timely work.
  • Skilled in negotiating and influencing a range of internal stakeholders towards more efficient practices.
  • Proficiency in standard office IT applications and systems related to Quality Assurance and efficiency tracking.
