My client, a welcoming primary school in Wiltshire, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. In this role, you'll make a significant impact by supporting two children with Educational Health Care Plans, ensuring they receive the tailored care and guidance they need to thrive. This is a part-time position (22.75 hours per week - 2 days 8.45am-3.15pm and 3 days 8.45am-1.00pm) with varied hours, perfect for someone seeking a flexible role in a collaborative school community.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for named children with Educational Health Care Plans.
- Implement effective strategies to encourage positive behaviour and learning outcomes.
- Assist with day-to-day learning, both in class and during personal development activities.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
- Promote the school's vision of "One Team, Working Together, Learning Together, Succeeding Together" through your daily interactions with students and staff.
About You

- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently, as well as take direction when needed.
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a primary setting is a plus.
