With a growing pipeline of new developments, we're recruiting two New Homes Sales Executives to join our teams in Manchester and Sandbach. One will be based in Manchester at our Fountain Street office and the other at our Broadmeadow Park development in Sandbach, but both will be required to travel to other sites and venues across the region as needed.
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for Private Sales and Shared Ownership sales offered by Latimer, which is the development arm of Clarion Housing Group. Our pipelines continue to grow rapidly, and so do our ambitions.
We're looking for someone who can deliver high-volume sales of newly built Private Sales and Shared Ownership homes, working at a fast pace and achieving targets.
You'll have experience in property sales, working with both internal and external stakeholders, and, most of all, ensuring a smooth customer journey with high satisfaction levels.
The sites are open 7 days a week between 10am - 6pm, you will be working on a rota and be required to work Saturday and Sunday as part of the 5 days.
This is an onsite sales role, and we're interested in hearing from you if you have experience working as part of a development team and feel you'll be a great ambassador for the Latimer brand.
