Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Partnerships to join their team. They are an established partner to over 60 local authorities and have ambitious plans for incredible growth in the coming years. This role will focus on developing new partnerships within the Social Housing and Supported Living sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue to meet growth targets, managing the end-to-end new business process, and assisting in managing and developing existing client relationships.

What you'll do:

As Head of Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. Your primary focus will be on developing new business within the Social Housing and Supported Living sectors. You will be instrumental in onboarding and maintaining relationships with key business partners, including Local Authorities, Social Services, and Homeless Charities. Your ability to drive revenue will directly contribute to meeting our ambitious growth targets. You will also manage the end-to-end new business process, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved. In addition, you will assist in managing and developing existing client relationships, leading initiatives to raise awareness and build profiles.

  • Developing new business and partnerships within the Social Housing and Supported Living sectors.
  • Onboarding and maintaining relationships among business partners such as Local Authorities, Social Services, and Homeless Charities.
  • Driving revenue to meet our growth targets.
  • Managing the end-to-end new business process.
  • Assisting in managing and developing existing client relationships.
  • Leading a programme of awareness raising and profile building.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Expanding brand presence covering all services.
  • Working as part of the senior management team with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Applying commercial principles to develop customer-focused processes.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the UK Housing sector, particularly social housing, temporary housing, and supported living. You should have expertise in pitching and tendering, with proven experience in profile building activities. Your experience working with Registered Housing Providers and Local Authorities clients will be invaluable in this role. Excellent communication skills are required, along with demonstrable networking capabilities and established relationships with key individuals in target client organisations.
