Depot Supervisor - Double Glazing

As the Supervisor, you'll be based in Aylesford - Kent and will be responsible for overseeing a small but busy branch. This will involve supervising 4 fitting teams and 1 surveyor, as well as completing surveys when required. We're looking for someone with extensive knowledge of the double-glazing industry and experience in supervising teams and achieving deadlines. You'll need to be self-motivated, with excellent time management and organisational skills. Attention to detail is a must, as is a focus on customer service and performance.
Requirements of the Depot Supervisor:
- Knowledge of the double-glazing industry is essential
- Experience of supervising teams and achieving deadlines
- Good time management skills, ability to prioritise branch workloads to achieving required branch and company targets
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be self-motivated
- Good organisational skills

Salary
