Location - Folkestone - Hybrid Working available

Salary - Up to £37,000 DOE

Permanent - Full Time

Hours - Monday to Friday

Overview

If you are a strategic thinker with a strong network and a passion for digital PR, you might be just who we're looking for. Our Creative Team thrives on crafting impactful strategies and PR campaigns that drive engagement and growth for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Digital PR Manager to join our team and lead our PR efforts across various digital channels. In this role, you will develop and execute digital PR strategies to enhance our clients' online visibility and reputation. You'll collaborate closely with our teams, aligning with organic social media and content activities, and working with our SEO, Paid, and Account Management teams to create cohesive campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute digital PR strategies to meet client objectives and KPIs
  • Establish and nurture relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets
  • Produce and distribute engaging press releases, articles, and other PR materials
  • Track media coverage and evaluate PR campaign effectiveness
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital PR and online reputation management
  • Educate the wider team on PR best practices, techniques, and innovation
  • Assist in creating sales collateral and attend pitches for PR-related sales as needed
  • Communicate with clients about PR activities, including presenting ideas, evaluating results, and addressing inquiries

Personal Specification

  • Confident in establishing new relationships with relevant media outlets and press networks
  • Comfortable handling all aspects of campaign output, from planning (ideation, approvals, planning, media list sourcing, press release preparation) to execution (media outreach, management, reporting, client communications)
  • Skilled in effective copywriting and experienced in writing press releases
  • Adept at pitching to clients and supporting sales documentation
  • Excellent at interpreting data and making data-driven decisions
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Able to handle multiple projects and priorities seamlessly
  • A collaborative team player

Qualification Requirements

  • Have existing & be confident in building new relationships with relevant media outlets/press networks
  • Comfortable with full campaign output - from planning (campaign ideation, sign-off, planning, media list sourcing, press release prep, etc) to execution (media outreach and management, reporting, client comms, etc)
  • Train the wider team on PR best practices, techniques, innovations
  • Be an effective copywriter and experienced press release writer
  • Commercial awareness, comfortable pitching to clients/supporting sales documentation
  • Demonstrated success as a Digital PR Manager or in a comparable position
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, SEO strategies, and social media platforms.
