Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with Autism in 1:1 or small group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging, adaptive learning experiences.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage their emotional and social development.
- Assist with personal care and sensory needs as required.
- Promote independence and confidence in students both in and out of the classroom.
We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous work with children or young adults with Autism and Learning Difficulties is a must.
- Compassion & Patience: You understand the unique challenges students with ASD face and have the empathy and commitment to support them.
- Adaptability: You're flexible, proactive, and always ready to meet the changing needs of the students.
- Communication Skills: You're great at working as part of a team and connecting with both students and staff.
