London based Sales, Lettings and property management estate agency who have been established to pair the finest properties in London with the people who love them most.
From the initial valuation or viewing to the final completion, they recognise that communication is of paramount importance and keep in regular contact with all parties throughout the progress of the transaction.
Bridging the gap between some of the large corporate estate agents and the local family network that live and breathe in South London. A private and personal estate agency working to deliver an honest and trustworthy service to all. Selling and renting properties to the best tenants and buyers.
*Ideal Candidate*
- Over 6 years of experience with High Street or Corporate agencies.
- Preferably ARLA qualified or possessing an equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated track record of success.

The Role

- You will manage your own responsibilities and should view this as an exciting entrepreneurial opportunity.
- You have the power to structure your days independently.
- Providing the platform and resources you need to establish and manage your own agency or branch.
- Each individual is considered a branch, with a limit of managing up to 30 properties unless supported by a designated management team.
- Generate your own instructions to sell, let, manage, or refurbish properties leveraging your network, marketing expertise, with their guidance.
- Build your network of contractors and suppliers to exert complete control over your business segment.
- Within five years, you can aim to earn £300,000 in fees or more.
- A recommended accountant will assist in managing your financials, as not all earnings will equate to profit.

- Use of CRM to allow you to manage your contacts, list properties on Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market.
- Use of AML software and ID screening software
- Access to discounted print marketing material, designed by your own designer to bring together a marketing plan you decide on
- Access to a page on their website - The agent own page designated to their instructions and anything you wish to publish.
- Commission dependent on experience but as a minimum is 40%, and a maximum of 90% - Average will be 75% of other fees that are generated - to be agreed after interviews. Once an agent has cleared £80,000 in fees in one year, they will move up to 90% commissions.
- First 6 months - £500 per sole instruction / £250 for joint sole or Multi - If a development of more than four properties, additional terms will apply
- Weekly Meetings (zoom or in person) - location dependant
