By providing a service-led approach, the Recruitment Administrator will enhance the candidate journey, fostering strong relationships with the Talent Acquisition team, operational teams, and a broad spectrum of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include managing the entire onboarding process, from contract preparation to ensuring new joiners are equipped with necessary IT access. The role demands a proactive approach to maintaining personnel records, responding to HR enquiries, and administering the learning management system. Additionally, the Recruitment Administrator will contribute to recruitment projects, process enhancements, and audits, offering a chance to broaden skills and gain valuable exposure.

Candidates must possess robust administration and coordination experience, a solid understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to manage high-volume scheduling.
