I am happy to be working with this Corby based law firm, who are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor 2 years PQE on a permanent full-time basis.
Salary - £45,000 - £60,000
Typical duties include
- Leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals
- Drafting and approving leases
- Due diligence (enquiries and title investigation)
- Undertaking necessary searches
- Utility company easements and transfers
- Exchange, completion and post completion related correspondence and formalities
- Managing files from start to finish and building client relations
Candidate specification:
- Experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor
- Qualified as a Solicitor or England and Wales
- Degree holder
- Excellent organisation skills
- IT skills
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work to strong deadlines
- Experience using IT packages
