Responsibilities: Recruitment Consultant
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Proactively and consistently strive to identify and obtain new business.
- Connect with key decision makers at a senior level.
- Negotiating contracts and charge rates.
- Providing the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Account manage existing accounts.
- Sourcing and attracting passive / active candidates within your sector.
- Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer.
- Ensure compliance with Quality and Compliance standards.
Ideal candidate: Recruitment Consultant
- Proven expertience of overachieving against objectives and targets
- Target driven and willing to work hard to achieve your goals
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Tenacious, resilient and determined
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Always aiming for high performance
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to multitask in a busy environment
Previous recruitment experience is essential; however, all sectors and levels will be considered.
