Our client is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proposals and presentations.
- Meet KPIs and achieve individual sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships across business and lifestyle sectors.
- Manage a busy sales diary and effectively prioritise activities.
- Contribute to the overall business strategy within a close-knit sales team.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, outgoing, and positive self-starter.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
- Familiarity with the Gloucestershire business landscape; local contacts are a plus.
- Experience in media, marketing, recruitment, technology, or professional services sectors preferred.
- Knowledge of advertising, sponsorship, or event sales is an advantage.
- Competency in using modern technology, including CRMs (preferably HubSpot), Office 365, websites, and social media.
