Keeler Recruitment are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Assistant to join this established business, reporting directly to the Finance Director.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Process monthly invoices
- Validating invoices and delivery notes
- Liaising with suppliers regarding any queries
- Ensuring ledgers are up to date and statement reconciliation
- Knowledge of Sage or similar accounting package
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar position within accounts, along with attention to detail and committed to working to deadlines.
This is a full time, office-based position with onsite parking available, due to the office location own vehicle is essential.
