Our client is a fast growing Design and build company that operate in London and the South East and wider when clients take them there.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Architect or an Associate Design Director that is looking to join an SME fast growing construction and design company where they can progress and be part of the senior leadership and move towards a Design Director role.
They focus on High End residential and some Commercial Renovations. This will still be a technical role as well as very client facing where you can really have an impact on the success of the business. You will be an integral part of the design business and work closely with the construction part of the business as well as with contractors

This will have a hybrid element to the role but initially you will be expected to be in the offices on a more regular basis to be part of the team and work together.
