A well known media organisation are looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Personal Assistant to support the Group Director of the Economics team as well as the wider team. Based in central London they are looking for someone with a short notice period or immediately availability. Paying £45,000 - £50,000 per annum plus benefits.

A well know media organisation are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Personal Assistant to play a vital role in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Group Director and wider team.

This role requires a short notice period or availability to start within the next couple weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • Master of Coordination: Proactively manage and optimise the Group Director's diary, prioritising meetings and handling all travel arrangements with organisation and clear communication.
  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial liaison for senior external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and engagement.
  • Meeting Management: Prepare and organise meeting papers, agendas, and logistics. Take minutes and follow up on action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Workday Expenses: Handling expenses, time sheets, and approvals efficiently through Workday.
  • Sharp Writer: Produce clear and well-structured written documents, including reports, letters, and emails, showcasing your exceptional attention to detail.
  • Problem Solver: Use your initiative to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and anticipate challenges before they arise.
  • Relationship Builder: Foster strong working relationships with other PAs and team members, promoting collaboration across the organization.
  • Team Player: Provide additional support on shared tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience: Proven track record in supporting senior executives with diary management, travel, and events in corporate environment.
  • Clear Communication: Ability to craft clear and concise written communications with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Strong analytic skills to identify and address challenges independently. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with a knack for prioritising tasks and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • People Skills: Strong relationship management and communication skills, engaging effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, Share Point, and familiarity with Workday is a plus.
