A growing software company in Maidenhead is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of Sales Executives, helping them smash targets while staying curious about the tech they're selling—from the slick front-end to the powerful back-end.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead from the Front: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives, leading by example with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth, increase conversion rates, and expand market reach.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee lead generation, qualification, and pipeline health—ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
  • Performance Coaching: Provide regular feedback, training, and support to help the team hit and exceed their targets.
  • Tech Evangelism: Stay up to date with product developments and ensure the team understands both the front-end user experience and the back-end functionality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align goals and share insights from the field.
