What You'll Be Doing
- Lead from the Front: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives, leading by example with energy and enthusiasm.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth, increase conversion rates, and expand market reach.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee lead generation, qualification, and pipeline health—ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Performance Coaching: Provide regular feedback, training, and support to help the team hit and exceed their targets.
