OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
- Band 6 Occupational Therapy, ASAP, 7.5 hrs - 5 days per week, 3 months rolling contract, Duties include: To carry a varied clinical caseload of care of the elderly patients, varied caseload, Complex MDT discharge planning, Functional / Cognitive Ax Rehabilitation, Complete Access visits and provide equipment. Skills required: Complex discharge planning and complex functional assessment skills.
