Hours: 18 - 35 per week
We are looking for support workers to join an existing team based in Chorlton Cum Hardy near Manchester.
You will provide a flexible support service to a female with a mental health condition. Acting in an enabling capacity, the role will be to help organise appointments and correspondence and motivate and support the client in accessing leisure, health and social services, as part of an individual programme plan.
You will be working in a team to promote independence and a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing.
Previous experience working in a care environment is essential.
Hours of work:
- Full time 35 hours per week
- Part time 18 hours per week
- Working on a rota basis 8.00am – 5.00pm & 4.30pm – 9.00pm plus alternate weekends. However, some flexibility is required.

Due to the nature of the role an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required.
