Shift Leader
Full time(40 Hours)- Permanent -up to£46,400 +15% SA, 4on4off Days/Nights,Swindon, parking on site.

The role:
- Accountable for thesafety and security of the facility and personneloutsidenormal working hours, leading andoverseeing all shift activitiesincluding plant and control rooms andmanaging theteam'sperformance.
- Organiseand undertake work activitiesensuringcompletion in timescale.
- Support head of productionwith plant performance issues and resolution.
- Fully understand the CMB process, understandingDCScontrol system,required materials for production,ensure waste materials are delivered/produced/stored/removed as per legislation.
- Support maintenance operations,contribute to engineering developmentofnew equipment,actively seeking opportunities for improvements.
- Monitor and report progress,ensure accurate recordsare maintained-audits/inspection/calibrationetc,stock management systemaccurately maintained.
- Develop working relationshipsat all levelsin and outside of the organisation including contractors
