We are supporting a company based in Central Peterborough with recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst. This is a hybrid position, working Monday to Friday, 2-3 days in the office a week. Office hours are 9am - 5:30pm, but they are flexible and will allow you to work 8:30am - 5pm if this is preferable. Salary is depending on experience and will be discussed upon application.
This company are open to someone with no experience, as long as you show willingness to learn and have a passion for IT. Alternatively if you have some experience but are looking for a flexible company who will offer long term career progression with hybrid working then continue reading.
Duties will include:
- Providing technical support to users on various issues and problems relating to hardware and software
- Responding to and resolving service desk tickets in a timely manner according to SLAs
- Developing useful technical documentation for users
To be considered you will need to have some knowledge of IT, along with a clear passion for learning and developing. This is a role that will continue to develop your knowledge and equip you with the skills to resolve complex issues.
