A leading investment manager is looking to hire a People Analytics Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a four-person People Analytics team, delivering strategic HR reports using Power BI.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance HR reporting and data analysis.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to identify and improve processes.
- Drive technological advancements to support and elevate the People Analytics function.
- Advocate for people analytics across the organization, promoting its value.
- Coach and mentor team members to build their skills and capabilities.
Requirements:
- Experience leading a data analysis team in financial services.
- Expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Degree qualified with a focus on data analysis (preferred).
