Reed HR are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator with strong recruitment administration experience to join our clients large team of ten on a temporary basis!

This hybrid role offers an hourly rate of £13 to £15 per hour depending on experience and is ideal for an individual who excels in fast-paced environments and has a keen eye for detail.

Ideally this role would suit someone who can start ASAP.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms.
  • Assist with the coordination of interviews and candidate communications.
  • Maintain candidate databases and handle confidential applicant information.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Handle general recruitment enquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in recruitment administration.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate management systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working within a large team.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and procedures is advantageous.
