Commercial Solicitor - Senior Associate - Exeter

What will you do?
- Start up a new commercial team (with existing work to inherit & corporate colleagues to support you)
- Advise on non-contentious commercial work to include:
- Commercial agreements, partnership/joint venture/outsourcing arrangements
- Supply agreements, T&Cs, distribution agreements, franchise agreements
- The client base is already broad to include startups, family businesses, SMEs, large corporates & household names
- Advise clients nationally (& internationally) alongside colleagues from other offices
- Be involved in business development (of both new & existing clients)
- Liaise closely with other departments including competition, employment, tax & IP
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- At least 5 years PQE within commercial law
- No following is required for this role
- To be an entrepreneurial character able to bring ideas to the table for discussion
- To want to build out a commercial team around yourself (as appropriate and when you are ready)
