Solutions Engineer
Office Location: London
Salary Range: Up to £58,000
Job Type: Permanent
Hybrid Model: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implementation and optimization of contact centre environments
- Collaborate with teams, gather requirements and translate to solutions
- Integrating communication channels for optimized omnichannel
- Overseeing integration of CRM
- Guiding the technical teams with elements of leadership and mentoring
Requirements
- Strong understanding and history with VOIP, SIP and related protocols
- Strong solution engineering experience
- Knowledge of CRM Systems | Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP
- Familiar with Contact Center Platforms | NICE CX One, Genesys Pure Cloud
- Experienced with Session Border Controllers (SBC's) | Cisco, Ribbon, Avaya, AudioCodes
- Experience with workforce management tools and AI technology would be desirable
- Experience in consulting environments is required
