Location: Walsall, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £23k - £38k
Due to continued growth, our Client is seeking a hardworking Legionella Remedial Engineer to join their busy team in the West Midlands. This role would suit candidates with a well-rounded skillset, in order to complete a wide variety of Remedial / Plumbing and ACOP L8 compliance tasks. Experience / Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience working as a Legionella Remedial Engineer
- Level 2 Plumbing (or equivalent) is required as a minimum qualification
- G3 Vented & Unvented Ticket would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong technical knowledge, including the ACOP L8 guidelines
- Hardworking and adaptable attitude
The Role:
- Undertaking a range of Legionella Remedial duties such as: TMV Installations, Decommissioning of Systems, Fault Finding, Mains Injections, Pipework Adjustments and Tank Installations
- Routine Water Sampling & Temperature Monitoring
- Writing thorough works reports advising on faults found and remedial action taken
- Liaising with internal departments to complete projects
- Travelling as per company requirements to a mixed portfolio of sites
