Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and highly organised Remote Sales Representative to join their Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective Patients, providing a warm, engaging, and informative service.
This role requires exceptional sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Client Engagement Initiate contact with potential patients via phone or email
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to promote our services and products.
  • Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions from our ranges of services and products.
  • Conduct virtual consultations to explain treatment options and benefits.
  • Lead Management Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Follow up on leads promptly to maximise conversion rates as per protocol
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities.
  • Product Knowledge Stay updated on our range of treatments and products.
  • Provide detailed information about services and products.
  • Address client queries and concerns with accurate and relevant information.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the sales calendar efficiently.
  • Handle records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Process payments and manage billing enquiries.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure satisfaction.
  • Address client issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
  • Provide pre- and post-procedure support and guidance.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Utilise CRM software and other tools for client management, scheduling, and payment processing.
  • Accurately input, update, and retrieve client data as required.

Key Skills

Essential

  • Sales and customer service experience in a remote setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  • Respect for confidential information and data protection regulations.

Desirable

  • Experience in the medical aesthetics or cosmetic surgery industry.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Pabau CRM system.
  • Certification in sales or customer service.
  • Understanding of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
