Legal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to fee earners in the Residential Property team
- Manage files in conjunction with fee earners
- Maintain regular contact with estate agents, solicitors, brokers, and clients
- Handle correspondence and enquiries
- Assist with exchanging contracts and completing transactions
- Carry out daily administrative tasks within the department
Legal Assistant Requirements:
- Previous conveyancing experience or professional services background is beneficial but not essential
- Keen interest in learning new skills and developing technical knowledge
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Flexible approach to balancing day-to-day priorities
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
