The Role

Our client is looking for a capable and proactive Account Manager to join a transforming team, by working with their clients and projects in a proactive manner, sitting with clients face to face and discussing their marketing challenges and offering solutions and resolving any issues as they arise. The variety of clients and campaigns keeps day-today work engaging while providing stability and a hybrid work pattern is offered for a great work-life balance. You will be responsible for day-to-day client communication and management. Previous experience within a marketing agency and knowledge of modern website design is essential.

Requirements:

  • Previous Marketing agency experience as an Account Manager / Snr Exec, which has included regular digital projects and proactive Account Management
  • Experience of managing marketing campaign and website projects from discovery to launch
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience managing client projects and expectations
  • A great relationship builder who can truly understand the needs/requirements of clients
  • An understanding of Marketing web design and development process.
