Are you an experienced Payroll and Finance administrator looking to join a established Group business with experience of end-to-end Payroll and reporting?
This 50/50 role joining an established Finance team is to own the groups Payroll process and assist with reporting. You will need to be experienced in processing end to end payroll ideally for a large number of employees as well as producing reports and schedules, assisting with month end and other associated duties.
Working full time on-site in Halstead head office this role is perfect if you are looking for career progression and eager to join a fast-paced team in a vibrant and supportive business.
What will you do as Payroll and Finance Administrator?
- Gather and analyse financial information for internal use
- Prepare monthly payroll for 500 employees
- Assist with Pension enrolment / queries
- Assist in month end and scheduling reporting and collation of data
- Manage expenses
- Assist with sales invoices and other ad hoc tasks within the team
What will you need as a Payroll and Finance Administrator?
- Proven experience within processing payroll
- Solid knowledge of payroll practises
- Excellent knowledge of reporting
- Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A problem-solver with attention to detail
