Are you an established Legal Human Resources Manager who is looking for a new opportunity?

Our Client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to become an integral part of their modern offices in Exeter. This role offers the chance to work closely with the Managing Director and the management team, shaping the business and people strategy, and steering the firm towards its growth objectives.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in nurturing the firm's culture, developing policies that support a healthy work environment, and ensuring compliance with current employment law. Talent management is also a key aspect of the role, encompassing recruitment, retention, training, and development, as well as managing the learning and development.

Candidates should bring relevant experience from a Legal 500 practice (desirable), a CIPD or equivalent qualification, and possess excellent IT skills. A team player with a good sense of humour, strong interpersonal skills, intellectual capacity, sound judgement, and commercial awareness will thrive in this position.
